Street Fighter x Tekken ver. 2013 Character Change Videos for Ryu, King, Marduk, Akuma, Julia, and Ibuki

Capcom-Unity’s Combofiend just posted a few videos that showcase changes coming to half a dozen characters in Street Fighter x Tekken ver. 2013. While changelogs are all well and good, these offer a great visual representation of the major updates coming to Ryu, King, Marduk, Akuma, Julia, and Ibuki, so definitely check them out if you are interested in how they will play after the upcoming patch.

Videos for Cammy, Cody, Ken, Raven, Rufus, and Steve will be released next week, so stay tuned for more.

i watched the King and Marduk videos and he sounded the same. for the nerfs and the buffs he pretty much sounded the same.

Combo didn’t list Julia’s buff to her cr mp. It has added frame advantage allowing you to combo from it. So basically she now has a low confirm. That’s kinda significant.

well i’m glad my team got buffed overall. i hope this time i’ll stay interested in the game now with all these changes.

I don’t understand Julia’s nerfs. Did anyone really think she was overpowered?

I can understand the sorta ridiculous range of her crouching attack, but it might’ve been nerfed a tad too much. I think a better range would be around her shin area and not her knee.

I might have to trade UMvC3 back in to get this again. Damn Mahvel just doesn’t really click for me.

Nerfs always look worse on paper…in a vacuum.

With all the system changes such as punishable rolls, meter building overhauls, nerfs/buffs to other characters, red life changes, etc. it’s silly to make judgments about anything.

Lol at the people who thought Cammy would be ruined when they removed her instant air cannon strike in AE. The FGC really called that one, huh?

Not gonna lie. I like AE. I enjoy watching Marvel on ocasion. But I dislike many other games. The point is: why are you even bothering commenting here if you don’t like the game? If you’re not even willing to see the major changes that are being done to improve it?

Many of the top SF players are saying they actually prefer this game now.. I wonder who is right you or them.. Marvel is ridiculous and SF AE is boring at this point.
