The format for the qualifier is double-elimination, best 3 of 5 games, character-locked. The qualifier is scheduled to start at 5PM PDT, 8PM EDT in the US, 1AM BST in the UK. The winner will earn a spot at the SCV finals at Tougeki 2012, August 4-5, as well as sponsorship for half of the flight cost to Japan covered by the arcade. IEBattleGrounds (@IEBattleGrounds on Twitter) will be streaming, so tune in to see who claims the chance to compete in Japan.
