Today the second and final Tougeki 2012 UMvC3 qualifier event in the US will be going down at Super Arcade in Southern California. Like the Arcade UFO qualifier last week, two SBO spots are on the line, split between two separate tournaments, both today. The format for each tourney is double-elimination, best 3 of 5 games. Participants must have a valid passport to enter the qualifiers. The winners of the each qualifier will claim a blue ticket to compete at the August 4-5 Tougeki 2012 -Super Battle Opera- tournament, as well as sponsorship for half of the round trip costs to Japan. The winner of the first qualifier is banned from competing in the second. Super Arcade Qualifer #1 Bracket Level|Up will be streaming the event. The first qualifier starts at 4PM PDT, 7PM EDT in the US, 12AM BST in the UK. The second qualifier scheduled for five hours after at 9PM PDT. Some of the best players of the West Coast such as EG|Justin Wong and AGE|Fanatiq will be competing, so tune in to see who will represent the US at Tougeki this year.
