Originally hinted by a leaked achievements list, Capcom has finally announced that JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure HD Version is coming next month to both XBox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network. Based on the 3rd story arc from Hirohiko Araki’s hit manga series serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump, JoJo’s is one of Capcom’s craziest and, thanks to running on the same CPS3 hardware as the Street Fighter III series, most gorgeous 2D fighters ever. The new update brings with it HD visuals along a full set of online features similar to Super Street Fighter IV and Marvel vs. Capcom 3.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure HF Version hits XBLA on August 21 and PSN on August 22 for 1600 MSP and $19.99 respectively.
