MLG Winter Championships was a pretty crazy experience for the fighting game community. Slasher was able to get some post-tournament interviews with MLG champions IGL|B.A.L.A (KOFXIII), Keev (SCV), and vVv CD Jr (MK9) about their experiences. BALA talks about why he switched characters during the finals, Keev discusses how impressed he was at the level of play at MLG, and CD Jr. explains why he used hidden select when fighting vVv REO. It’s pretty interesting stuff, especially when the players discuss mind games and how it affects their opponents.
